I was wondering what and how you guys cut and cleaned up your stock fenders. I am planning to use a dremel tool. Plastic is touchy though. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, God bless.<O:p</O:p

Cutting with a dremel will work fine, you can fine tune your cuts with a small grinding wheel and then sandpaper to clean things up in the end.

I haven't done it myself, but I would assume you have to repaint the entire fender afterwards, correct?

You'll have to depending on how picky you are or careful you are. Mine didn't chip at all, but it did leave a nice grey edge to look at. My rear fender wasn't totally repainted, I had the graphics done last year and then this year had the rear fender cut and had them paint in the graphics and blow it in to match with what was there. If you didn't know, you'd think it was all painted at once.
So you could get away without having to paint the whole fender if you want.

Cover the area you are cutting with masking tape so you can draw out your lines and it will help keep the paint from chipping when you cut.If you cut it at a angle so the edge curves in you won't notice it as much.
