I am tempted to send them my jacket for a little work . However sending a custom made $900 peice of clothing in the mailto the other side of the country to let some one poke holes in sounds a bit scary . I am not in a position to replace it if lost or I did not like the work . I wonder if I could get them to make a patch and have it put on localy ?

Why not bring your design to a local embroidery shop and see what the would get for it?

I think Spike is the only one that has the native files for the logo. We have web-quality logos, of course, but not a high-quality version. I'll IM him & see if he can get it to me.....

The jacket is made here . It is a Langlitz . I could get them to put it on so it would never come off . I would prefer it made out of leather than thread . A langlitz is a lifetime garment . I own one that was made in 1952 and worn alot . I would rather wear that than any new leather jacket from anybody else if in a wreck . I had a full set on with my big wreck and slid 200 feet . I did not spill a single drop of blood until I took a piss later that day . If I were still only 170 lbs I could and would still wear that set .

Give them a call and see what they think about doing that for you.The ladys' name is Yolanda. They seem to be really nice people.Maybe they could show you what the design would look like on a scrap piece of leather or something. It's worth a call. They're in and out alot so you might try and email them too.
