I'm getting all my idea's for my Mod's from all of you, but I'm in meltdown. I just received my body parts back from paint (www.bikerbodyshop.com (http://www.bikerbodyshop.com/)) and they look killer! However, I have a lowering kit and I went to a 180 rear tire and now the bracket under the seat hits the new tire! Also, I went to a Tribar cobra II headlight and it's to big! I'm ready to assemble and I need to hire a fabricator to get this bike done...ahhhhhhhhhh!

You should be able to grind away at the tubes on the subframe and remove most of it to where the tire doesn't come in contact. If side clearance is an issue on the welded bolts that hold the struts on, shave them down a bit. You can also remove some material on the fender struts to draw the subframe out a bit.
As for the headlight, not sure what size you ended up getting, but there are a lot of people running the 5-3/4" x 9" tribar headlights with out any issues. Just have to drill a single hole for mounting or buy a mounting kit.

Okay, I ordered the mount for the headlight today. I'll start grinding this weekend. I can't wait to post the pictures of this Metric Monster I have created!
Thanks for your help RustyJake.

Here's some subframe options for you to consider. The top two pics are what my subframe looks like. I tried to keep as much of it as possible to be able to ride two up. I run a 200 rear tire on a 5.5" rim and have no clearance issues. It's close on the sides, but it fits.
The bottom two pics are of another persons subframe alteration. Gives you an idea of what you'll need to do.
