Is it ABS or fiberglass? If it is fiberglass, it should not be to hard if you've worked with it before. I'd do it, looks better.

Anything is doable....especially with

If it is fibreglass, it would be simple. Not sure how well fibreglass would stick to abs though.

If it's ABS it will be a pain. Where the hell did you find one anyway?

Agreed on the fiberglass=no sweat, ABS=no dice. No, fiberglass and ABS don't mix, not for long anyways. Bama, Noobie found it on ebay and posted an APB here. Good Noobie!
Morph quick on the trigger. Nice shootin Tex! Keep posted on your progress Brother.

Honestly, it would be simpler to start from scratch.

Get some of those green potting blocks from a Home Depot (the stuff they stick fake flowers into so they stand up in pots).
Glue it together and shape how ever you want.
Smooth it out with bondo and than just pull a mold.

Well, good grab Morph. I agree that making what you want instead of trying to mod this one will most likely be your best bet. I appears to be a fairly simple shape you're wanting to achieve. You could always form it out of sheet metal, or do like boris said and form with foam and make a mold.

Damn it! I just saw the guy's post that you bought it from. I can't get that lucky.

Morph- if you decide to make one from scratch, I would be happy to take that stock one off your hands.
