feel free to flame me..oh and feel free to use these images to taunt and torment me

The best one to get is the one you can pay cash for.
In my area it seams that the 1100's can be had for much less than the 750's.

6'2 320?

I would suggest a Honda Goldwing or an H1 HUMMER.

I say you should get a Sportster or a Viago 250.

Yeah dude, I would not get a spirit, let alone a 750. The spirit is a nice size for me, but im an average size. The spirit is already a small to mid size bike. I see some huge dudes on spirits and it does not look right. It makes the spirit look like a 250cc mini bike. And that's Real talk. But get what you want, think about it and also sit on the bikes when you see them, dont be afraid to try them out before you buy.

as far as forwards, you would want 6 inchers at least. Just depends though what ride you want.

but seriously, like firefighter said....

Also, you being over 300 pounds, if you want to slap your sexy girlfriend on the back, and just so happens she's a whale too, you might slow down the power of the 750. Just a thought.

Dodge makes one hell of a 3/4 ton diesel. And, if you are in there by yourself it'll tip up on the left side and viola! 2 Wheelin it (or whalin it?)
Jokin (somewhat), need to look at a larger bike there Hoss. Agree with VooDoo, VTX will suitcha much better and won't get your warranty voided for rider/frame abuse.

thanks guys. I'm taking notes and planning to get a 1100, I just need to be patient because the 750's are more abundant and a lot cheaper. thanks for the kind words, I like this quote the best if you want to slap your sexy girlfriend on the back, and just so happens she's a whale too

Check out the VTX's 1300 and 1800, you can usually find them more often than you can find 1100 Shadows. They didn't make a lot of 1100 Shadows, therefore they are hard to find. If you do get a Shadow, go with the Ace or the Aero, you'll look way to big on a spirit. I have an ACE and my brother in law (6'1" 280 or so) would look fine on it, but if you go with a bigger bike go with the VTX's, you can find way better deals on them. You should be able to find an 1800 2005 or older for $4500 or under. Good luck.

Well... I wonder what you kids were saying about me behind my back LOL..

You would be fine power wise on a 750, but some of the bigger bike are a bit more roomy. Trust me, at 6'3" I needed more room so forwards were a must. Look for an older VT1100, they are tanks and will pull ANYTHING around at 85mph all day..

Don't listen to these guys. Just go into the Honda store and try one on. The clerk will bring a mirror out so you can see what you look like. You can try different colors and everything. I'm guessing you're Autumn on the color wheel? Once you get one, the first mod you'll want to do is the popouri mod (put the stuff in the exhaust - smells wonderful, very soothing).
