I'm glad Ilive in a valley with a river at the bottom. All the water just flows away.

Good luck and I hope it doesn't get worse.

Glad your home didn't get flooded. I grew up in Austell, Ga and from all the reports, 25% of the homes in the town were flood damaged. I saw pics of places i hung out at where the water was up to the rooftops. Hoipefully the clean up on 75 will be done by the weekend. I gotta drive down to Tampa on Sunday.

I can't help it, but this picture is funny. He was so close to making it to the car wash!

Glad you are ok. Floods are crazy. It seems like here everytime some builds something by the river another area floods the next year. Usually just mobile home parks, so no big loss.

All of the highways are open and hauling ass like usual. Six Flags was under water. Every rollercoaster had some part of it under water. All of the parks for the Chattahoochee River are closed. The river was a foot short of the highest flood waters ever recorded. Thanks for everyones concern. I made it out ok. May be getting a new roof out of the deal!!! Unfortunatly, many weren't so lucky. Most people around here don't have flood insurance because its just not a threat. I wish all of those people the best.
