He is a convicted kidnapper, and sex offender from the 70's, 80, and 90's
Kidnapped this girl when she was 11 in June of 91.
And now has 2 daughters from her.

Meanwhile his real wife just let it happen and authorities and neighbors had no clue what he was doing. Sounds like someone wasn't doing their job!

It's a good thing God started talking to him threw that box he invented. Otherwise he may have never turned himself in!

I'm thinking the media jumped on this before getting all there shit straight. I've heard several stories. One was that he turned himself in. Another was that the kidnapped lady walked into the police department. Another was that the campus police, where he was distributing fliers, turned him in.

I just heard on the van radio news that the law went into his house with a search warrant and found this,that, and the other, relating to several prostitutes that had been murdered in his area.....strange fucking creature, he and his wife. Can't say what needs to be done to people like that cause what I have in mind the law wouldn't allow.........

Agree with the "no repeat offender" program. Once a sick bastard, always a sick bastard. Human beings don't do this shit, not once, much less time and time again. I wonder how she came to deliver the two children? Did he bring her to a hospital? If so, you would think she could have told someone what was up so I would have to think not. Private nurse would probably be the same thing. He and his wife do it themselves? I would have to think that is the most likely but lots of risk.

As to punishment, I always thought it would be a good idea to start putting these kinds of offenders in stockades out in the public. Much cheaper than jails, less guards needed, and the public will see they get their punishment, probably little reason to need to take things to a death sentence since that will probably be a natural part of the process.
