Cobra Short - Sissy bar / backrest

I took this off my 2001 ACE 750 - May fit other models (see pictures for measurements) I believe this is a Cobra short backrest. Overall in very good condition - no rips on pad - only a small part of chrome is flaking a little on the inside of the left side bracket (picture #11 shows area) This was not noticeable when mounted on the bike.
