Start somewhere around Sutherland, run through the national park down to Stanwell tops (they still fly gliders from there ?), head along the coast to Woolongong and down to Kiama. There used to be an awesome ice-cream shop on the main street just before the light house.
Coming back up through Kangaroo Valley would be a blast.
