2 toothbrushes taped together or get a strip of rag and wrap it @ the spoke a couple of times. chrome spokes are a bitch to keep clean thats why mine are so dirty

I just leave my spokes the way they are and clean the rim itself. I have had the bike for over a year and never have cleaned the spokes, 8000 miles on it. I haven't noticed them being really that dirty, but then again I have not looked.

I figure if I need to clean them then a soft rag between each spoke will work with a flossing motion, it will take a little bit of time but will get the job done!:furious2:

I just spray the whole bike in that Suzuki bike wash and then spray it off. It's just like the Harley stuff, but cheaper.

I use break clean its the best thing I have found for eating the grime.

Spray 'em down with Simple Green, along with everything else on the bike. Wait 5 minutes and hose it off. Dry the bike with an air compressor to eliminate water spots, then polish. piece of cake.

brake cleaner works, engine degreaser or chain cleaner might work, but i'd spray the rotor and caliper w/ brake cleaner afterwards.
my buddy swears by this stuff called all wheels by mothers....i've tried it once, and if you clean the spokes all the time w/ it, it'd prob be great, but i only clean the spokes like twice a year....
you can also try luster lace. it's like a shoelace soaked in cleaner. you wrap it around like 23rd said.
i think i'll tr the toothbrush thing (maybe i'll try it w/ the nail scrubbin brushes) next time, cuz i usually just use a rag and my finger.
