Thank you guys You all rock!! I was on sr204 in Ohio and was in a curve and my trailer tires caught the edge of the road it pulled the trailer off of the road, when it caught it rolled the truck and trailer 1 1/2 times. They had to extricate me from the vehicle with the jaws of life cuttin the roof and all the main support pillars for the roof. I pushed the dash back about a foot pinning my legs . They had to cut the steering wheel off at the column and wrap a chain around the column and pull the dash out with a winch to get me out of the truck. The truck is totaled as is the trailer, I am sill in a collar after goin to the dr's today they think I have a nerve or spinal injury b/c I have constant tingling and numbness in my right arm. I am eager to get riding again! I thank all you Bothers!!!! I cant wait to ride with you guys! I have pics of the tractor but They are to large and I cant get them to resize if somone will resize them I will post them up. It the worst asccident my company has seen and the stae patrol man said thet she ahs never seen one roll completly like I had. I feel very blessed to be alive after seeing the truck. Its the worst I have seen!!

Hey Omega, that sucks about the truck and the job. But, you gotta put it all in context. After an oh shit moment like that, you're damn lucky to be spending another day above ground. Get better soon brother and hopefully you'll be back on the road, and your bike, in no time!

I'm gonna hang up the keys for good. I cant get past what I went through being trapped in the truck it was pretty bad not being able to move and going through that was to much for me. I've lost my job, my pickup goes Friday or i can can have it repoed next month, and I am hoping that I can keep the bike but it may be next. I agree with you so much USB, I've thanked the Lord for my life a lot! I am going to go back to scholl and start back at square one and all will be well in due time. I believe the Lord does things for a reason so I have my trust in him.

Sorta the same thing happened to me. I went out of work last June to get both hips replaced. I went back on October 30th with a note saying I was cleared to go back on November 3rd. My boss then told me that I was laid off as of November 3rd. :furious2:

I agree with you smoke I also have done many extrications and have never worked on one this size.
and have never seen one with so much damage and the driver make it out of it. omega just dont give up keep your head high.

Being in the line of work i do,you see both perspectives of small and major wrecks.I`ve also seen people die from minor one`s and see people walk away from majors, just as our brother Omega done.It is strange how that works and i guess when it`s your time,it`s your time.Omega, just look at it this way,it wasn`t your time and the big man upstairs has something else planned for you to do.As far as extrications on semi`s,same principle as autos, just bigger tools and alot tougher.Hang in there brother and get better, gotta get the wind in your hair and bugs in your teeth again.lol

Hey guys i got a diagnosis from the Docs I have torn or severly strained ligaments in my spinal column which has caused an emense amount of swelling on my spinal cord. This is causing tingling and numbness in my right arm. I am going to be in a C-Collar for a while and will probably be done riding for the season. I am not looking forward to not being able to ride or work. I hate not working or doing something productive.
I want to thank all of you guys so much for your prayers and support.

Just keep your head up man and just worry about yourself right now and recovery and don't focus on the other stuff. Everything works out. Heal fast.

Torn ligaments heal. Thank god it wasn't actual spinal chord damage. Just take it easy and get to healing. Riding season comes around every year and you don't want to rush the healing process. That xbox Swampcroc suggested is a great time killer, and you can whip some serious ass right from the comfort of your own couch! Concentrate on getting well and let the other stuff take care of itself.

Well I am doing better, as soon as I stopped taking the drugs a lot of the parts that didnt hurt started hurting. So apparently the drugs were masking somethings, I will get through it a day at a time. I am finding my back and shoulder to bother me more than my neck so we will see what the Doc says at the next appt. Thank you guys so much for the prayers and support!

Well guys I got cleared to ride today! I have not gone that far it wears me out quickly. I am so happy that I got that collar off, it was the most uncomfortable thing in the world. I want to say thank you for all the prayers and support it means a lot to me and my family. I hope to get back in the swing of things in a couple months or so. I cant work for at least another month most likely longer. You all are brothers and I hope that one day I can do for you guys as you have done for me.

Your Brother,
