View Full Version : LTB Cobra Jet or Dyno Jet Kit

I have a drop in K&N so now that I've got some extra b-day cash, I think I'll go with the Jet Kit next. So, the only one I could find on egay has ended. Anyone have one for sale for an '07 SS VT750C2? I'm guessing I need a stage 1/2 kit. Haven't done the hole saw mod yet but probably will down the road a little.

I have the stage 1 still. used the stage 2 when i changed to k&n and cobra pipes

I'm probably going to need the stage 2 for myself being I already have a K&N and will be doing the hole saw mod soon. Was there much of a "seat of the pants" difference in power when you did the stage 2?

I have the stage 2 in my VT750C2 with K&N, snorkle removed and V&H Straight Shot pipes and found only mild performance gains. However the jury is still out.

Is removing the snorkle difficult to do? Wonder if I should do that now and in the next few weeks do the jet kit?

Taking the snorkle off is so easy even I could figure it out. You take the air box off and literallly just pull the snorkle off. The C2's already have the additional material removed from the airbox that the bean box mod does. Your bike would most likely run way too lean if you took the snorkel off without rejeting.

ps: you are either going to have to post some pics of the Braves fan naked or remove the picture all together. I'm having some problems with it.

Okay, I'll wait to do the snorkle until I do the rejet.
