I'd have to say that even though OCC is a bunch of retards, they sure do know how to market and make money. Their new shop is HUGE, and they are still selling bikes like crazy, so they must be doing something right. Obviously we are not their target market any longer, as we actually BUILD stuff and make stuff work. They do that some, but I have noticed their fabrication has been extremely lacking in the past 2 years or so. They seem to just outsource or as someone else pointed out, buy the outfit that was doing the actual work so they can claim it as their own..

I still wish I was Paul Sr though, man is he loaded!!!

that is cause the only people that buy there stuff are the people that can`t buy there bikes.just like harley.A big majority of the market (for merchandise)are the lower class.they think it`s cool what they do but don`t really know what is involved in doing it.they buy into the hype cause that`s the in thing and it`s affordable.I have two cousins(female)and an uncle that live the h-d life yet never owned a h-d them selves and prob. never will.I will give it to both h-d and occ for they have the market for merchandise,that is where they truely make the big bucks.

Those brain dead fucks learned only one lesson about marketing to the kind of losers that buy their junk; they learned that you only have to market ONE bike, because as soon as some poser pussy buys that first bike, every one of his rich gay buddies will have to have one that cost more than his, once you tap that market you've got it made (financially) of course most people who build bikes because we really love bikes, prefer not to sell out our manhood for any amount of money. I would much rather be remembered as a poor guy who built nice bikes, than a rich idiot who would do anything for money.

I personally don't care for their bikes but I'm not going to hate their success. In fact, the marketing was obviously genius because it worked. Jr being fired is a moot point because he's still filthy rich and made a name for himself while the rest of us working stiffs try to survive off meager wages in anonymity.

actually its not just the bikes that make them so much money. How many times have you seen someone on a bike, or at a store, or just driving down the road in there truck with an OCC sticker on or hat on or shirt on? Its all over down here especially with the teen crowd. Ive even been out shopping for toys with my old ladies kid before and seen OCC toys! You dont honestly think they dont make money off all that do you?Personally Im glad they split, watched a few episodes the first season and wondered what kind of drugs they were smokin. I have a bike becouse I like BIKES, if you have a bike that looks like a fire truck or a jet plane you have issues. Reminds me of the kids at the playground sitting on the toy rockets mounted on those big truck springs pretending there buck rogers....
