anyone had cbr rims chromed and swap out with the stock rims. and if so is it possible to put a 200/50-18 on the rims as well. this would look really cool i think.

Many peeps have done it. try over at TSW. use the search button. I believe the largest rear tire you can run is a 210.

The 200/50 will fit. You may have to alter the subframe a bit. I have a list at home with tire sizes for CBR rims that are comparable in outside diameter to the stock tires. That way the gearing and speedo aren't as far off from stock.

With the speedo being on the front the outside diameter of that tire effects your the reading. I know when I went to a 110/90-19 on the front, my speedo is actually more accurate. My back tire is a larger outside diameter then stock too with the 200/50-18 but that helps with dropping the RPM's on the highway. It's like dropping a couple of teeth on the sprocket. I had to alter the subframe to get the tire to clear.
