Well, with my shadow sabre, i've been thinking about attempting this mod. But, i am still.. rather new.
i've seen the pictures from Menace's thread, <a href="http://www.shadowriders.net/holesaw.html">
and its just basically the same thing on my bike?
and.. how would I change the air/fuel mixture.. or any other changes that need to be made to get a better performance?

I would wait until the NOOB wore off before attempting this mod.:knife:

Do you have dual pipes or singles?

Do you have that sound bite yet?
I have been looking into new pipes, but I havent heard any yet that will make me fork out that kind of money.
This seems fairly cheap and easy to do. I am very interested in that sound clip.
Thanks,

Hey Gorehound,
I did this mod, it worked great! Just measure the inside of the end of the pipes to find out what size holesaw you need. Mine was a 2", some need a 2 1/2". Don't be scared of it, just hold the drill steady and firm and lit it do the work.

i didn't want to buy a hole saw big enough.( mine is two into one at 4 inches) so i had some iron pipe cut it at about 30 inches. at one end cut it at an angle almost at a point and drove it though the baffles with a big hammer. the aero's have a different exhaust but if you don't have a hole saw and don't want to buy one then you can do it with a peice of pipe.
