Ok I decided on a color for my bike Black Semi Gloss questions to you guys that has done this, how well does it hold up, how is it to maintain (show finger prints etc) what do you clean it with do you wax it etc.. I've never used a semi gloss paint before just some questions that been pondering in my mind I like the looks of it, what would be best to use semi gloss clear or semi gloss paint? Thanks.

Your final product outcome depends on all your prep work.Take you time, don`t rush, don`t try to cover it all in one coat.Mcvierh done a kick ass job on his rattle can paint job.

Right on. I've had good results with Krylon's satin finishes. You have to be sure it's totally dry (Krylon has a really short dry time, BTW) between coats or it'll go glossy on ya. You can finish it up with a satin clear, but the same rule applies. Whether pro or rattle-can, satin finishes generally aren't as tough as gloss, but they are easier to touch up and IMO, they look great. Good luck and post pics:thumbsup:
