What percent of the people here ride daily? I usually ride pretty much every day unless I know it's going to be raining all day or is icy. Who braves the cold and shitty weather?
Last year I rode from OKC to San Antonio in December on a 250 Rebel. I wasn't in a very big hurry, needless to say.

I ride dam near every day year round unless snow sticks to the road. That only happens once a year if that. It does rain like crazy but does not stop me very offten, if at all.

I usually ride everyday that its not icy or flooding. But this year I have to drive my daughter out to her school, when I go to work, so I have to take the car or van. It cut back on my daily riding.

It's been six years since I owned a car. I've racked up over 100,000 miles since on motorcycles, all sportsbikes until now. I've been to 14 states (FL to NY and FL to TX), some a few times each. I fuckin' love motorcycles. I wish I had started on them earlier, like I wanted to originally. There is only one thing more fun to ride than bikes, and if I have to say what that is then I may be on the wrong board, LOL.
Rain can suck sometimes here in "sunny" Florida, but I have a good FirstGear rain suit so I deal with it.

My bike is my commuter. I ride to and from work everyday and frequently, out and about on the weekend. The weather is pretty temperate here year round, so there really is no excuse not to.

I am fortunate enough to live within walking distance of my work place. So I walk the four miles round trip four days a week (10 hr shifts). When I am on call (about 12-15 weeks a year) I drive my department vehicle home. So riding the bike is for my days off when I am not cutting fire wood or doing some other honey do project.

I ride as often as possible, what with working from dark to dark..... try to get in some saddle time, like this turkey day the wife and I are riding our scooters 'bout 200 miles one way with an expected 10*windchill, still we'll do it just for the freeze rush/day-off chance for the ride.......

2006 SS - 21k Miles, yeah I ride pretty much every day. I don't ride in the rain unless I have to, but I'm certainly not afraid of it. I have been caught in a downpour more than once without any raingear and it's not a big deal to me as long as it is warm outside. When it drops below 50 I pretty much avoid riding in the rain completely.
