I'm considering selling my bike and was curious what you guys think is a fair price.
It's a 2002 SS750 with about 9k miles and you can see my profile/gallery for the list of mods. There's too many to list.

Let me know what you think would be a fair price.

Thanks.

WTH do you want to do that??

I just don't ride that much and I could use the cash rather than the bike just sitting in the garage. I've spent more time modding this bike than riding it.
What do you think its worth?

It's called self control.

38 views and no price suggestions?
Would $5800 be out of line?

Sorry, I have no idea...

However, I paid $5700 for my 06 when it was new...

$5800 might be a bit agressive...

That's what I'm looking for...just some input as to what it's worth after modifications. I appreciate it.
Was your '06 stock for $5700?
If so, anyone looking to build their bike into anything similar to mine would be closer to $7k after starting at $5700 stock.

i have seen a lot of pimped out 750 like yours going between 3500 and 4500.

One thing you need to know about the world of modding - you will never get out what you put into it. I think tannman's idea of $3500 - $4500 sounds about right.

I agree 100% about not getting back what you put into mods.
I'm just doing a little figuring on what a good starting point is if I choose to sell.
I appreciate everyone's input.

another good way to feel it out in your area is to check local ads. if a bike gets listed and the listing goes away fast it probably sold, however if it stays listed for a while might be to high. this way you get some sort of a baseline for your area.

Ive advertised mine in Texas and Okieland for months at $4600 or trade, just to see what would happen. I guess nobody likes it. But I sure wouldnt let it go for less. Your bike has much more so Id ask at least $5400.

$5500 sounds fair to me

Ok Scott, heres a deal. If A&M beats OU this week, Ill drive down there and you give me the bike free and clear. But if OU beats the AGGIES you have to deliver the bike to Norman, free and clear. Sounds fair to me.

You sir, are one shrewd negotiater. I just don't see how he could possibly pass up an offer like that!!!

Jimi,

I hate to say it but I wouldn't bet a stick of bubble gum on the Aggies this year.

PS. Your steel fender is shipping out today.

Thank you my southern brotha. The good thing about the game for A&M, is were playing in their house. Ive been there once and its an awesome place to watch a game, I dont care who your rooting for.

Yeah, Kyle Field is a cool place to watch a game but I think some of you Okies may be experiencing what it's like to win a game there this weekend.
