Does anyone know exactly how to install a new jet kit? I bought V&H pipes last fall along with the jet kit. Installing the pipes...not a problem. The jet kit is a different story for me. I am new to the forum and thought this would be the best way to get some answers. I just want to get this thing put together correctly. The shop wants my first-born and my right leg for payment! Is there a website/something or someone with the answers?

Welcome to the nuthouse. Might as well empty your wallet now, your bike is going to get a lot of mods, but your wallet is going to see a lot of use!
A good place to start is over at www.sa750.com There are some great how-to's on rejetting and a few other things as well. Everything is laid out in step form with pictures of it along the way in case you get stumped. You will find the information about rejetting on the left hand side of the page under "technical" and "intakes and jetting" (http://www.sa750.com/thunderkit/thundercharged.htm)
Keep in mind, if you've just changed your pipes you shouldn't have to rejet. You will have to adjust the carbs a bit to get any popping to stop during decel. If you haven't bought the jet kit, hold off until you do modifications to your intake. Then, depending on what you get check over at www.factorypro.com for jets.
Enjoy the site, it's a great community of like minded people.....

Just follow the instructions on sa750.com.It is easy only takes about 20-30 min.You will get better performance if you rejet and you dont have to worry about being lean and burning a piston. If you do a intake later you just have to change the jets and not the needles after you do the stage one kit.
