Swapped to a HD 21 inch wheel set up Friday evening. Pretty easy conversion after ya get all the stuff together. Turned down the existing honda axle to fit the HD bearings, center her up so the caliper doesn't drag, cut new spacers, add some shim stock on the RH side, tighten it up and you're done. Looks better and seems to corner better. The downside is ya lose your speedo if that's a big weenie to ya. Couple of pics in garage. See ya

you use the honda caliper, just make sure the harley set up you get has a 11 1/2" rotor. it's my understanding that a sportster set up is different. it supposedly will work, just not as easily.

I just finished a 21 inch Harley swap ,but I kept my speedo as well. Allthough my swap was a little different , its all harley from the fork tubes down.speedo may be off a little, but still works great.

how did you reverse the shifter linkage and mount the harley controls? Are the harley front ends the same size(tubes and trees)?
