View Full Version : Spirit 750 Valve Adjustment

Hey all, noob here

I just bought an '06 Spirit 750- nice bike. I have 300 miles on it so far, and I'd like to do my own 'first service' at 600 miles. Can anyone give me a heads up on valve adjustments? Are they a 'screw type' adjuster? I am an automotive technician, and easily did the valve adjustment on my first bike a few months ago, a 2005 Rebel.

Hey all, I'll answer my own post. They are screw-type adjusters, so I'll be tackling that task any time now. I will post results.

hey j1 where you live do they have the same problems with the fuel pump as
they do here in this region.(newmexico).and the only info anybody needs on gm
vehicles is not to buy one.j/k-i too worked and still work with gm.
