Poison has also been doing some touring lately. Skid Row played the Leesburg Bikefest back in April, sans Sebatian. He has his own thing going on right now. Yeah bro, Motley Crue has always been my favorite band. If you haven't heard the new album, It's good. Not Dr. Feelgood good, but not Generation Swine either. Check out "Mutherfucker of the Year" and "Just another psycho." (Other good tracks off the new disk)
Have any of you guys seen them live lately? I checked out their show in Vegas last month and I was sooo disappointed. Not because they are getting up there but because all the shit that made them "Crue" on stage is dead. No bass solo from Sixx, No tumbling drum kit or drumming on the rafters by Tommy, no bikes, no naked chicks rappeling from the cieling. They didn't do any of the shit that once made me live for their live shows. I guess some things are better left to memory.

Touche bro! BTW, nice bike. Did you paint your wheels or powder coat? I want red rims to go with my white walls and after I breakdown, re lace, and powder it would be around $400. If you found a paint that holds up well on wheels you might be my new hero ranger.

Touche bro! BTW, nice bike. Did you paint your wheels or powder coat? I want red rims to go with my white walls and after I breakdown, re lace, and powder it would be around $400. If you found a paint that holds up well on wheels you might be my new hero ranger.

Thanks. To be honest I half-assed it. The rims had a bunch of rust on them. I was anxious and in a hurry and I wasn't about to go through all the labor of sanding them. So I just shot them with a few coats of Dupli-Color High Heat w/ Ceramic. I guess all the rust helped the paint stick pretty good!:laugh4: They've been like that for 2 years now. Eventually I'll get them retrued, coated, and then sealed so I can go tubeless. But for now this seems to be working just fine.

You can pick this stuff up for about $6 at most auto part stores.

Actually, looking at the pics before I bought it, they weren't as bad as I remembered. The spokes didn't look too hot though. The pics are big, so I'll just link them.

Hey thanks man. It looks like the finish has held up pretty well over the past two years> I used to paint with my pop so I know I can prep the chrome and get good adhesion, I was more curious about how it would hold up. I appreciate it Ranger. I think you just saved me $400.

The crue brought back some fond memories,days of par-tas and puss.Seen them in concert more than a few times and always loved their concerts.You didn`t have to party before the show,it was already there(even though we did-lol).
