I've seen seats like this one on a bunch of SS 750s. When looking at the stock seat, I can easily see how the seat bolts on. Does this seat bolt on in some way? You're looking at a picture of a Granucci Standard Single Seat.

From what I gather, a pucker factor of 7.2 will keep the saddle in place or you can spit and re-stab every 250mi's...

Not sure about the Granucci, but it is very similar to my Gator solo seat, and it hooks under the gas tank/frame, and I put velcro on the indentation in the rear fender to keep it solid. There are no bolts. It has a nice clean look.

Hey, I have the other version of this seat. In order to mount this seat you need to drill a new hole in the fender and attach it with the hardware provided by them. I'm not sure though I'd recommend this seat.... its hard as hell and kills on long rides.... I even installed a gel pad by hollowing out part of the foam and it still isnt the most comfortable....
