WHAT I'VE DONE IS REBUILD MASTER CYL. BOTH CALIPERS. FLUSHED ALL BRAKE LINES CAN RIDE BUT RIGHT DISK IS ALOT HOTTER THAN RT. AND HELP WOULD BE GREAT

could be the pads have worn uneven, try replacing your pads with porcelain pads, the porcelain you'll find will wear much more even and not get nearly as hot.....
