That is one show stoppin scoot.... I don't recognize it, but it sure as hell looks like something that would have been here or on TSW though...

No doubt. It looks like they're using only 1 shock on the right side to support the rear end. Removed the rear fender probly cuz it 1) wont fit around the monster tire, and 2) swingarm travel is probly BIG due to the mono-shock.
